The "Journal for Legal History Studies," co-published by the Chinese Legal History Society  and the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica, has been officially included in the "Taiwan Humanities Core Index" (THCI) as a core journal (THCI Core) since 2014. According to the results of the joint meeting of the journal's review committee, the "Journal for Legal History Studies" continues to be honored in the 2022 THCI Core list of journals and has been promoted to the Level 1 THCI. This is a joint honor for the Chinese Legal History Society and the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica. We take this opportunity to pay tribute to the Editor-in-Chief, Professor Chiu, Pen-Sheng, and the Executive Editor, editorial team, and to express our gratitude to all who have contributed to the growth of the Society and enriched our publications with their scholarly works.
